The survey, by the leading auditor of hosting technical support, HosTest.net, tested 50 major hosting providers and rated them by quality of answers.

A perfect rating of 5.0 was given only when the hosting company provided “the perfect answer that reflects all particular questions, includes comprehensive description of the problem with link, price and solution examples attached if applicable.”
