Concierge service
Intermedia offers a unique 'concierge service' to many of our Custom Enterprise customers. Once you have signed up, a dedicated Intermedia Concierge will call and walk you through the setup process. During the first weeks of your account, if you have any additional questions, you can bypass the support department and call your Concierge via a direct phone number that will be given to you upon signup.
