MyMailboxManager

Intermedia provides your users with MyMailboxManager™, an easy-to-use control panel where they can manage their basic mailbox settings.

MyMailboxManager is a Web-based Exchange mailbox management tool created specifically for the mailbox owner. Rather than going through the system administrators, MyMailboxManager allows users to manage certain mailbox settings on their own. This means you’ll spend less time completing small requests from your users!

With MyMailboxManager each user can:

  • Download Microsoft Outlook for Windows or Entourage for Mac users
  • Edit email deliver options
  • Manage Fax via Email accounts
  • Change their password

In order for system administrators to maintain control of the company’s mailboxes, MyMailboxManager allows administrators to manage the level of control each user has over their personal account.
