How do I sign up?
For compliant archiving you will first need to sign up for hosted Exchange. Then, you should determine your preferred partner. New customers can add archiving as an option within our HostPilot Control Panel.
Existing hosted Exchange customers can add archiving service by logging into the HostPilot Control Panel and navigating to "MS Exchange Server > Email Compliance > Compliant Archiving". You will need to tell us the name of your chosen advanced archiving partner.
Intermedia’s Company Disclaimer feature lets you enforce a legal disclaimer policy on all email that your staff sends outside your organization.
Available only from Intermedia, our Company Disclaimer feature allows you to add important legal and company signatures to all emails sent out of your Exchange account.

- Non-changeable. Individual end users do not have the option to edit or remove the disclaimer from their email.
