If you already have Outlook or Exchange, moving your mailboxes to Intermedia is straightforward. Just follow our instructions below.

After signing up for your Small Business Exchange hosting service from Intermedia, you can start migrating your email over to our systems.

Option 1: Follow instructions as defined in our Knowledge Base article: http://www.intermedia.net/support/kb/default.asp?id=784
Option 2: Provide Intermedia with PST files as defined in Migration by Intermedia
Option 1: Contact your current DNS provider and update your MX record. The information on record about your account can be found in HostPilot under MS Exchange Server > Domains.
Option 2: Host the new domain with Intermedia. This will require updating the Authoritative Name Servers with your Registrar. You must verify all necessary records exist on Intermedia's server to ensure that services such as your Web site continue to function correctly. Note: Newly registered domains can require up to 48 hours before full activation. Contact your domain registrar for questions.
