Intermedia's MessageMirror solution creates a copy of every message - incoming and outgoing - in a separate archive folder, so you can easily monitor employee email.
With MessageMirror, you select any mailboxes you'd like to archive, then you can view messages sent and received by those staff members anytime.
The MessageMirror service costs $49.95 per month plus a one-time setup fee of $50. The monthly price does not include extra disk space, which can be purchased in 2 GB increments for just $11.95 per increment per month.
New customers should first sign up for a Small Business, Enterprise or Dedicated hosted Exchange account with Intermedia.
Existing hosted Exchange customers can add MessageMirror service here.
