Intermedia offers connectivity through Outlook Web Access, a robust web client that offers the same rich experience as Outlook 2007. Intermedia's Business Continuity Solution is a hosted solution, which means you don't have to purchase, install or manage any expensive or complex hardware and software. Intermedia's hosted solution runs on its enterprise-grade Exchange infrastructure and is hosted from a tier-4 datacenter.
Stay in Sync
Intermedia's Business Continuity Solution uses two proprietary tools that keep the solution completely synchronized with your Exchange server. UserPilot synchronizes your user information between your on-premise Active Directory and Intermedia's hosted Active Directory, enabling your users to log in to Intermedia's service with their existing email username and password. ContentSync synchronizes email, calendars, contacts and personal distribution lists between the solution and your Exchange server, so your users always have their most up-to-date data on both solutions.
