Compliant archiving

Intermedia offers compliant archiving through industry-leading partners. Choose an archiving solution from LiveOffice or from any other standards-based compliant archiving provider.

Intermedia's Compliant Archiving partners offer:

• Total assurance. All compliance regulations covered, including SEC, NASD, Sarbanes-Oxley, and NYSE.
• Secure environment. Messages are transmitted, stored off-site and backed up with the highest levels of security. Access is strictly controlled.
• Detailed management. Compliance officers and IT managers can set detailed parameters for the services using dedicated compliance management software.

How do I sign up?

For compliant archiving you will first need to sign up for Intermedia's hosted Exchange service. Next, select LiveOffice or "other" compliant archiving partner. New customers can add archiving as an option within our HostPilot Control Panel.

Existing hosted Exchange customers can add archiving service by logging into the HostPilot Control Panel and navigating to "Email Compliance > Compliant Archiving". If you have chosen "Other" archiving provider, you will need to tell us the name of that provider.

Company disclaimer

Intermedia's Company Disclaimer feature lets you enforce a legal disclaimer policy on all email that your staff sends outside your organization.

Available only from Intermedia, our Company Disclaimer feature allows you to add important legal and company signatures to all emails sent out of your Exchange account.

• Non-changeable. Individual end users do not have the option to edit or remove the disclaimer from their email.
• Flexible. Allows for formatting, including choice of font, color, size and additional formatting options.

As legal and compliance risks grow, the Intermedia Company Disclaimer feature is an effective way to enforce a company-wide email policy.

MessageMirror

Intermedia's MessageMirror solution creates a copy of every message - incoming and outgoing - in a separate folder, for easy staff monitoring.

• 25 GB space included. We provide 25 GB of disk space for your MessageMirror service. Additional disk space is available for purchase.
• Low monthly fee.
• Retains all information. Keeps all details of who actually received the emails, including distribution group and cc: information.
• Choose your settings. You control the rules for which mailboxes to archive, sorting and retaining messages.
