With hosted PBX, you get powerful unified communications features that give you even more control over your communications.
- Reduce the number of missed calls. With Find Me/Follow Me, you can set up to three additional phone numbers – such as a mobile phone or home office phone – that ring when you're away from your hosted PBX phone.
- Manage voicemail better. With Voicemail to Email, you can listen to voicemails directly from your Exchange email inbox. Each email is delivered as a .wav attachment, allowing you to easily listen to and store voicemails, plus forward a voicemail to anyone with an email address.
- Control calls online with OCS Calling. Through Integration with Office Communications Server (OCS), Intermedia’s hosted PBX lets you make outgoing calls to any number in your Outlook or OCS contacts list just by clicking your mouse. Plus, OCS Calling automatically updates your availability indicator to “on the phone” during a phone call.
