As part of your new hosted Exchange 2007 service, you will offer the following core products and services:

• Microsoft Exchange 2007

  The core of your offering, Microsoft Exchange 2007 is the very latest in business email and collaboration and provides your customers with all of the features and functionality that a business needs.

• 4 GB space per user

  You'll provide your customers with the Microsoft-recommended disk space allotment of 4 GB per mailbox. This way, they'll have enough space per employee to stop worrying about the "mailbox full" warning.

• Free Outlook 2007

  Each of your customers' users will have access to a free copy of Outlook 2007 - the latest Microsoft email client. In addition, Mac users can download Entourage 2004 for free.

• Premium antivirus and antispam

  Our front-end security servers stop spam and viruses from ever entering our Exchange servers. This means your customers' email and in-house IT systems are always safe from unwanted emails and viruses.

• Free SharePoint

  With each hosted Exchange account, your customers can also receive a free SharePoint account with 50 MB of space included. This lets them test out the powerful collaboration features of Exchange and SharePoint together, before implementing them across the entire business.

• Total control

  Intermedia's proprietary control panels, which can easily be rebranded as your own, provide customers with an easy-to-use interfaces that allow them to quickly and effortlessly make important changes to their account.

• All hardware, software and support

  Your customers won't have to worry about any hardware, software or support. Together, we'll provide it all.

In addition to your new core services, you can also offer your customers the following add-on services for an additional monthly cost.

• Wireless email

  BlackBerry, Good Mobile Message and Windows Mobile ActiveSync are available through our service and allow your customers anywhere access to all of their Exchange data.

• SharePoint packages

  Our SharePoint packages provide your customers with enough disk space to have the entire staff collaborate and share documents and other data easily and without versioning issues.

• Hosted Office Communications Server 2007

  Hosted OCS 2007 allows your customers to further connect with coworkers, clients and contacts. The service includes secure instant messaging with saved conversations and free/busy integration with Outlook, SharePoint and the OCS desktop client, Microsoft Office Communicator.

• Email Compliance tools

  You'll be able to provide your customers with the option of MessageMirror, our basic archiving tool; Compliant Archiving, for compliance with data retention regulations; and Company Disclaimer for important legal notices that must be included in all outgoing emails.

• Migration

  Partnering with Intermedia allows you to offer full migration services in order to easily and seamlessly move your customers' existing Exchange data to our servers.

• Fax via Email

  Fax via Email will allow your customers to send and receive faxes directly from a PC, so they won't have to deal with temperamental fax machines.
