Reseller Policies

Intermedia.NET, Inc. reserves the right to change this program at any time.

Reseller is responsible for paying in full the amount of the monthly bill. Reseller is also responsible for collecting payments from his customers.

Reseller agrees to pay Intermedia.NET a monthly Service Fee for the services provided according to the mutually agreed Price Schedule. The monthly Service fee is charged to Reseller's (or Reseller's customers') Credit Card(s) at the beginning of each month.

Reseller's first month of service will be prorated according to the number of days his account was active during the first month.

The Service Fee is subject to change with notice.

Should Reseller request termination of an account(s), the Service Fee is not prorated for the final month and is still due.

Unless you write about your preferences in advance, Intermedia.NET reserves the right to contact all accounts listed under your Reseller ID if your account shows late payment or the Credit Card you provided is invalid and Intermedia.NET is unable to reach you within the 30-day period.
