CREATING A NEW DIRECTORY:
You can create a new directory by right-clicking on any white space, going to New,
and selecting Folder. When you do this, the new folder will appear with the name
("New Folder") highlighted.

You will need to type in a name for your new folder while it is highlighted, then press
the enter key. The entire folder will then be highlighted (not just the name).

RENAMING FILES:
To rename a file or folder, you should right-click on the file and select Rename.
The current name of the file will then be highlighted.

You will need to type in a new name for your file, including the extension, then press
the enter key. The entire file will then be highlighted (not just the name).

THE HELP FUNCTION:
Selecting Help Topics from the Help menu will bring up additional help
on Internet Explorer, including FTP information.

Although there is a lot of information here, you can narrow your search to only look at
FTP help files by typing "FTP" in the space for a keyword.
