To check current service status, please login to HostPilot® Control Panel. The status of your account's services are presented at the top of the Home Page. In addition to the service status updates emailed to you, you can also sign up for SMS text message updates in HostPilot under Account > Account Contacts.
Partners, please log into your Partner Portal. The status of your resold accounts can be found by selecting "Service Status" on the Homepage. Please note: All partners with the role of 'Owner' under Security > Access PL Admin Accounts are automatically emailed service status updates. These same owners can sign up for SMS text message updates on this page as well.
