Connectivity
| Internet Connection | Any working Internet connection | - On slower connections, such as dial up and cellular modems, and Internet connections slower than 128 kbps, Outlook performance may slow significantly. Customers should configure Outlook to download message headers only.
- Outlook 2010, 2007 & 2003 may be used without an Internet connection in “Offline Mode” to access emails already downloaded from the Exchange servers.
- Outlook requires 128 kbps of bandwidth for optimal performance.
