About the Role:

You will be responsible for the full life cycle of high volume order management in a multifaceted environment. If you have a keen eye for detail and impeccable accuracy, then this is the role for you.  Orders may be complex and typically involve project management including quality assurance checks; submit, manage and complete orders for number porting; service provisioning; billing and 911 information and number inventory management.  The specialist is a true partner and interacts with internal and external customers to obtain all necessary paperwork as well as advise on order status and partner closely to work through issues.  Most interaction is through written order paperwork, case management systems, and written communications (i.e., email). 

What you will be doing:

  • Act on mostly routine orders to provision new services for SIP and HPBX2 product lines
  • Provision 911 addresses; reject for prequal failures work with our e911 vendor and internal teams on prequal failures
  • Provision new accounts for SIP product lines
  • Quality Assurance and process move, add, change and delete (MACD) requests for all product lines handling mostly routine/common MACDs and referring or getting help on others

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field
  • Experience in telecom, carrier provisioning/porting a plus
  • Exceptional communication and amazing people skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
  • The ability and drive to deliver high quality results with a strong attention to detail
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a diligent work ethic
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and problem solving skills to support a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated project management skills across a wide range of disciplines with an emphasis on customer service
  • Flexible with the ability to multi-task, efficient, timely and reliable
  • Ability to work independently and confidently
