About the role:

As a member of the global DevOps team you will be responsible for contributing to improvements in managing and maintaining our AnyMeeting web conferencing and Contact Center as a Service (CCaas) platforms. You will join a collaborative team of smart and creative people that are willing to share their experience and knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and improvement of CI / CD
  • Support for development and production environments
  • Creation and monitoring of application metrics to ensure optimum service availability and uptime
  • Automation of development, testing and release processes
  • Close collaboration with qa and development teams

Required Skills:

  • Experience configuring and supporting distributed web applications and services
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly and completely
  • Experience administering Windows and Linux with at least 2 years DevOps experience
  • Experience in writing scripts (Python, Perl, Bash, etc.) for automation tasks
  • Deep understanding of IP, TCP, UDP, SSL/TLS protocols
  • Experience in configuring and using logging solutions (ElasticSearch / Graylog)
  • Experience with CI / CD systems (Jenkins, Ansible, Chef)

Desired Skills:

•     Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL but preferably both

•     Familiarity with VOIP (Asterisk, Obelisk, FreeSWITCH) Cisco VOIP skills are a plus

•     Experience in designing and maintaining highly available systems leveraging solutions such as clustering and load balanced server farms

•     Experience with managing server infrastructure in Amazon Web Services

•     Docker configuration and support experience

•     Ability to be adaptable and comfortable with reprioritizing current workload at a moment’s notice

•     Knowledge of SIP/RTP/WebRTC a major plus

Years of Experience & Educational requirements:

  • More than 7 years of previous experience administering complex and distributed Windows / Linux environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
