About the role
Intermedia is looking for a talented and energetic Mulesoft Developer to join our team building integrations and tools to support a fast-growing cloud service and telecom company. The candidate will be working on enhancing existing integrations and building new integrations in our BSS (Business Support System) and OSS (Operation Support System) ecosystem.
The role is a key individual contributor utilizing their strong background in Mulesoft, Java & Database development to work on a variety of projects including maintaining and extending existing integrations, design and build an integration framework that aligns with the requirements for our next generation BSS/OSS architecture. Besides development you will also provide “tier 3” operational support for production systems, troubleshoot issues and perform system maintenance.
On a day-to-day basis, the position will interact with other team members to maintain existing integration/applications and develop new ones. For feature or new systems development, the position will interact with other key internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, and finance. In its operational support role, the position will interact with finance, customer service, sales operations and network operations.
