About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a focus on deploying Intermedia Hosted Exchange services for large Enterprise customers. You will demonstrate an advanced mix of skills in project management, technology and strategic business acumen. This role manages the complete lifecycle of large and complex projects. If you have a passion for customers that is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience, then this role is for you.  You will apply solid Project Management and leadership skills and provide experience in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

This role can be based out of either our Bellevue or Sunnyvale office, or could be Remote in one of our operating locations.

What you will be doing:

  • You will drive the large implantations from on-premise or other cloud services to Intermedia Voice and Business Applications solutions
  • Create Custom project plans for each large account using Intermedia best practices
  • Foster Executive level relationships
  • translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work (SOW)

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s in related field; PMP Certification preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant working experience, including work in a technology environment with a minimum 3 years leading or managing projects
  • Solid project management and leadership skills and experience in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction;
  • Experience managing within the PMI methods and applying standard methodologies to achieve project results
  • Expertise and proven ability in risk management and mitigation
  • Prior experience leading migrations to cloud services HIGHLY preferred!

Bonus Skills:

  • Networking: Understanding of VPNs, Firewalls, TCP Ports, and troubleshooting network slowdowns and IP port problems
  • Authorization & Authentication: Active Directory Forests, Active Directory Federation Services, Security Permissions & Authentication, Certificates, Tenants, & Interworking of DNS record types
  • Mail Migrations: Multiple Large Exchange migrations, Public Folders, Group Calendars, Delegates, Blackberry, Lotus Notes, GroupWise, LDAP structures and migration techniques (Binary Tree, Quest, SkyKick, Migration Wiz, etc.)
  • Voice Services: VOIP (Voice-over-IP) & Hosted PBX Systems, Hunt Group & IVR configuration, LNP (Local Number Porting), SIP Trunking, and PSTN (public switched telephone network)
  • Servers: Windows Server Hardware Architecture, Multiple SAN types, PowerShell Scripting & Problem management, Troubleshooting, & Cleanup
