The Project Manager we’re looking for will lead internal and external facing development projects related to the Platform & Billing product area (Quoting Tools, Account Management Interfaces, Hardware & Phone Number Ordering Automation, etc). You’ll have a chance to master your analytical, communication and negotiation skills, play a critical role in delivery of great new features for our customers and partners.

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent organizational and analytical skills, be a technical-savvy person interested in product development, be a proactive and an effective communicator.

Actual project management experience is NOT a requirement, the position assumes on-site mentorship and extensive internal/external training. Experience managing “personal” projects, like home websites or events would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project execution, plan & coordinate all phases;
  • Develop product requirements and use cases;
  • Manage project scope, identify and resolve arising issues;
  • Ensure project teams’ performance, encouragement and happiness;

Required Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Strong technical attitude, analysis skills and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to lead productive group meetings;
  • Advanced English

Desired Skills:

  • Successfully managed “personal” projects: websites, events, etc.
  • Knowledge of Prince 2, PMI or any other Project Management methodology;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL.
