We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, high performing team with a focus on growing our Video Conferencing and Online Meeting business. The product, AnyMeeting, is top-notch and customers love it. In this role, an experienced marketing manager will develop and manage marketing programs to build awareness and drive demand for AnyMeeting. You will be embedded within the AnyMeeting business unit while working closely with product, business development, sales and across marketing teams.

What you will own and drive:

  • Own the marketing initiatives and deliverables for this product, working with other teams to fully execute on the marketing needs to grow the revenue related to AnyMeeting
  • Develop and manage the marketing strategy, plans and budgets for this product line
  • Work with product management to develop effective product positioning and messaging
  • Understand the competitive environment and help shape and articulate the product’s unique proposition for small business
  • Evaluate a wide range of marketing channels to drive user and revenue growth within the small business market -- from SEM, display and email to traditional media
  • Working with the other marketing departments, manage all aspects of online marketing, including display, SEM, SEO and email campaigns
  • Working with the other marketing departments, manage viral growth initiatives, including social media, customer emails, referral programs and in-app promotional mechanisms
  • Leverage analytics tools to track key metrics and assess ROI of marketing initiatives
  • Work with external marketing agencies and vendors used to market this product
  • Manage PR and communications initiatives with in-house and external resources, including development of website content
  • Work with major partners to develop and execute joint marketing programs
  • Develop/source and manage market, customer and product research to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide marketing support for new product and feature launches

What you will bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing – with a focus on small business – and preferably in technology/SaaS-based service businesses
  • Deep experience in digital marketing, including SEM, display and social media
  • Some experience in traditional media, including radio and print, and working with marketing agencies and vendors
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to closely measure and influence marketing funnel and key engagement and retention metrics
  • Strategic thinker
  • Strong project management skills – ability to execute in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into easily digestible messaging
  • High level of energy and self-direction; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-driven working style – able to prioritize and deliver what the business needs
  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team player
  • Experience in the video conferencing and online meeting category a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; graduate degree/MBA preferred
