Free AnyMeeting for 2020 for Costco Members

Terms and Conditions

 

Costco members (“Members”) are eligible to receive, free of charge, (A) AnyMeeting Pro services (“Pro Plan”) for all new users of such service and (B) for each Corporate Account (as defined below), one (1) Webinar Pro license, for the period from 12:01 a.m. Pacific time on March 31, 2020 through 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on December 31, 2020 (“Promotional Period”) (collectively, the “Promotion”).

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion applies to Members that are new customers of Intermedia’s AnyMeeting service (and new users of existing customers of the service) activating the AnyMeeting services referenced herein during the Promotional Period and does not apply to (A) existing users of existing customers of the AnyMeeting service or (B) Members who terminate an existing AnyMeeting service during the Promotional Period and then attempt to restart it within the Promotional Period.  AnyMeeting services subscribed to under this Promotion will be free of charge beginning on the date of activation and will only be available to Members who are legal residents of the United States.  Under this Promotion, Customer Support availability will be limited to emails only during normal business hours, as well as self-help online support resources.  Phone Support and Live Chat will not be available. GENERAL: Members must be in good standing with Costco and Intermedia and must not be in violation of any relevant agreements or policies or be past due on any obligations.  Intermedia reserves the right to discontinue or change the terms of this promotion at any time. 

Members that create (or already have) an Intermedia account established in Intermedia’s administrative control panel (which requires a valid credit card to be placed on file for the account) in the name of the Member’s business entity (a “Corporate Account”) are eligible to receive one (1) free Webinar Pro license for the duration of the Promotional Period, in addition to Pro Plan services for all new users of that service in the account.  Members that create individual accounts through Intermedia’s AnyMeeting sign-up tool, which does not require a credit card to be placed on file, are only eligible to receive one (1) Pro Plan subscription for their account.  At the end of the Promotional Period, the Member’s first charge for all enabled (i) Pro Plan services and/or (ii) Webinar Pro licenses will occur on the 1st of the calendar month following the end of the Promotional Period (i.e., January 1, 2021) and will include a charge for the full calendar month (i.e., for January 2021).  In the event that, as of the end of the Promotional Period, Intermedia does not have valid and complete billing information for a Member, (a) the Member’s Pro Plan services will automatically be downgraded to a free version of the AnyMeeting service (“Starter Plan”), if one is available at such time, and usage of the Starter Plan will continue at no extra charge to the Member (or, if no free version of the AnyMeeting service is available at such time, all of the Member’s Pro Plan services will be canceled as of the end of the Promotional Period); and (b) the Webinar Pro license (if any) will be automatically canceled.  If the Member cancels its account or subscription at any time before the end of the Promotional Period, no charges will be applied, and the applicable Pro Plan services and Webinar Pro license issued under this Promotion will end immediately upon such cancellation.
