Partner Tech Bytes: Partner Portal Now Integrated with Connectwise
It’s time to simplify your billing and account management processes.
We made it easy for Intermedia partners who use ConnectWise to manage their business. Keep your ConnectWise account in sync with the critical account and billing information housed within your Intermedia Partner Portal. We built a new connector that exports account, product and billing data directly to ConnectWise.
The ConnectWise integration enables you to:
- Eliminate the need to manually update your ConnectWise agreements.
- Simplify your billing processes and reduce the amount of time you spend generating invoices each month.
- Ensure changes you make in your partner portal are automatically updated in your ConnectWise system.
You can push account and billing data to your ConnectWise profile directly from the Intermedia Partner Portal:
- Accounts: export information from your partner portal related to your Intermedia customer accounts including company name and company contact information.
- Billable Items: export a catalog of the Intermedia products and services that you resell to your customers.
- Product Counts: export the most up-to-date product quantities tied to each Intermedia customer account.
Once an export is executed, data will automatically update in your ConnectWise system. It is important to note that this is a one-way sync. Updates made to customer accounts, products, etc. in your ConnectWise system will not be automatically updated in your Partner Portal via the export function. Questions?
