Confirming Intermedia’s Exchange 2013 stability
Today, our communication teams have been fielding questions as to whether any of our users have experienced Exchange 2013 access problems or outages.
We believe these calls are in light of reports from ZDNET, CloudPro and Microsoft forums that Office 365 (which announced Exchange 2013 availability for consumers and university students this week), has experienced outages.
We’ve confirmed that Intermedia customers have not reported any access problems. All of our servers and datacenters are online and running strong within our Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters which promise 99.999%.
As always, we will monitor our services 24/7 to assure uptime, but we will be even more vigilant until the source of Office 365’s issues are identified.
