Over the last few months, we’ve tested live support chat with a segment of our user base. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
Beginning today, we’re launching live support chat for all Intermedia customers!
Live chat is staffed 24/7 by the same experts who answer your phone calls. You can initiate a chat on HostPilot’s support page. (As always, you can also call 800.379.7729 any time.)
Real-time support vs. email-based support
As part of our live chat test, we determined that real-time chat offers significantly faster issue resolution than email-based support. Starting Monday, we recommend that you use live chat or phone support for issue resolution.
We ask that you remove email@example.com from your address book, as we will be phasing out email-based support over the next 30 days.
One more support option
Beyond phone calls and chat, you can still open a support ticket in HostPilot. To make your experience better, we’re updating the support ticket submission form. The new form captures more information up front, so we can resolve your case even faster.
