Intermedia’s Curt Mark named a 2015 CRN Channel Chief
As solution providers seek ways to grow their business in the year ahead, there’s increased focus on the importance of developing strong relationships with distributors, managed service providers and other channel partners. According to CompTIA, more than 70% of all IT products bought in the U.S. flow through or are influenced by channel partners.
CRN recently recognized 50 channel chiefs who are helping pave the way for business innovation and channel growth. This year’s honorees include executives from high-profile companies such as VMware, Oracle, Symantec – and Intermedia.
We’re proud to announce that our very own Director of Channel Sales, Curt Mark, was named as one of the 50 most influential channel leaders.
This won’t come as a surprise to Intermedia’s partners.
Curt has demonstrated his enduring support for the channel by consistently defending, promoting and executing effective channel partner programs and strategies.
With over 15 years of experience in channel sales and development, Curt has played an integral role in the growth of Intermedia’s partner program – which currently boasts over 5,000 active partners.
Here’s what John Rice, Senior Director of Intermedia’s partner community, had to say about Curt’s recent achievement:
“Our partners play a significant role in our go-to-market strategy, and Curt has been instrumental in the success of Intermedia’s partner program. His accomplishments include instituting partner advisory councils, implementing learning management systems, and developing new marketing and sales support programs—to name just a few. Curt is steadfastly committed to helping our partners build successful businesses in the cloud as well as introducing new partners to the value we deliver and our company-wide commitment to the channel. We congratulate Curt on this well-deserved recognition.”
All of us here at Intermedia join John in congratulating Curt on this prestigious honor.
