Partners: Intermedia brings new integrations to ConnectWise

Today at IT Nation, the largest event in the technology solution provider industry, Intermedia is announcing an exciting new way for MSPs to further streamline business operations.

As MSPs look to scale their business and achieve operational efficiency, the use of business management software becomes critical. Full integration of business process automation, service desk, Customer Relationship Management, billing, marketing, project management, and analytics prove time and time again that they can dramatically streamline a company’s operations. Case in point – Intermedia partners using ConnectWise business management software produce nearly 50 percent more in monthly recurring revenue than those who don’t.

New ConnectWise integrations to drive partner success

To further enable our partner base, Intermedia is announcing a broad set of new integrations with ConnectWise. I sat down with Eric Martorano, our SVP of Worldwide Sales to chat further about the importance of this integration. He had this to say:

“ConnectWise is the business management platform of choice among our partners. Further, 70 percent of the world’s top MSPs on the MSPmentor 501 Global Edition List also use ConnectWise. This latest integration delivers the same functionality in an even better way. System integration investments like the ones we’ve announced today are just another way that Intermedia supports its channel-first commitment.”

Intermedia’s existing integration allowed partners to manually export SKUs, billing/invoicing and products into the ConnectWise system. Now, in addition to partners controlling their own pricing, bundling, branding and customer relationships under Intermedia’s Private Label Reseller (PLR) model, the new integrations introduce the following enhancements:

  • Quick and easy integration within a streamlined interface, taking an average of just 5-15 minutes to complete (time dependent upon account size)
  • Mapping of end-user accounts between Intermedia’s Partner Portal and ConnectWise
  • Exporting of user lists with enabled services; the CSV file for every end-user account is automatically synced in ConnectWise
  • Automatic daily data exports set up
  • Issuing of regular end-user communications

Intermedia’s ConnectWise integration will go live December 2016
