Onboard Users Even Faster with Our All-New Intermedia Unite User Import Tool

In order to help our partners and customers have a better onboarding experience, we’ve developed an all-new, faster, and more efficient method of importing users into Intermedia Unite™.

• Easy user creation. While only name and email address are required to create a user, you can save time by also adding phone numbers, extensions, and locations into our easy-to-understand template.
• No more batch uploads. In prior iterations of the user upload tool, you needed to perform this uploading function in 25-50 user batches. With the NEW import tool – you can upload up to 1,000 users at once!
• Faster performance. Now you can create 100 Unite users in as little as 15 minutes.

Using the New Unite Import Tool

To use the new tool, simply navigate to Voice Services User tab under your account. Select “Import Users from CSV.”

You’ll be invited to download the new template, and then upload it back to the same location when you’re finished filling it out. Then, simply choose where you would like the temporary user passwords to be sent.
