Our Worry-Free Experience for Hosted PBX just got even better

In business, you can’t rest on your laurels. Services and products can always be improved. We firmly believe that, and we realized that there were some steps we could take to make customer support even better for our Hosted PBX customers.

When it comes to support, our goal has been and will continue to be to answer your calls quickly and resolve your case during the initial call. 

Enhancements to customer support for voice services

It’s been a little over a year since we introduced our Worry-Free ExperienceTM for Hosted PBX. We are continually measuring our efforts through your feedback and have been hard at work this year implementing enhancements to better serve you:

  •       Over 50% more front-line support staff to answer your calls.
  •       New support hours of 4:30 am Eastern to 6:30 pm Pacific.
  •       The Intermedia First Call Resolution initiative to resolve your issues during the first call as often as possible.
  •       100% of technical support staff members are Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network networking certified.

And that’s just the start. As always, we continue to strive for support call hold times of less than 60 seconds and require all of our support members to re-certify annually on trouble-shooting and product features.
