Partner Promotion Terms & Conditions

 

From 12:01 a.m. Pacific time on January 1, 2022 through 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on March 31, 2022, (the “INCENTIVE Period”), Intermedia partners who sell Intermedia Unite/Elevate services to Intermedia Exchange Email sub-accounts will be eligible to receive the following incentive rewards based on the total number of Unite/Elevate services sold under Intermedia’s Reseller model during the INCENTIVE Period: 

  1.  One (1) month service credit off the Exchange price (defined below) on an Eligible Service for up to the same number of users, as long as subaccount continues to subscribe to the corresponding Unite service on the Eligible Account and the Eligible account remains active and in good standing For example, if a partner adds five (5) users of Unite services to their subaccount, such partner will be eligible to receive one (1) month of service credit off the Exchange Price of the Eligible Service for up to 5 current users.

For purposes of this promotion, “Eligible Account” is defined Exchange Email plans (e.g. Exchange only plans or bundled plans) referenced in the table below. “Eligible Account” is defined as any subaccount with (3) or more Exchange Email mailboxes. For clarity, the following plans are not eligible for this promotion: (a) Exchange + Hosted PBX, (b) Exchange + Everything, and (c) Intermedia Hosted PBX.

Eligible Services” is defined as the following Intermedia Unite/Elevate services:

At the end of the INCENTIVE Period, the sales will be tallied and for each sale of Unite/Elevate sold, the Partner will receive two (2) times the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), as defined below, for all Unite/Elevate seats sold during the INCENTIVE period. 

All partner sales reps will be eligible to participate in the incentive referenced above. Distributors, Costco, Office Depot, any Intermedia master agents or Carrier Partners are not eligible for this incentive.

This incentive may be combined with any other incentives and promotions, including but not limited to, Intermedia’s Not-for-Resale Program, or special pricing other than Intermedia’s “Free Device” promotion (if applicable). 

For purposes of this incentive, a Unite/Elevate sale is complete once a partner sales rep submits a completed incentive registration form, including the subaccount identification number for Unite/Elevate services though Intermedia All Access Rewards platform. All claims must include the sub accounts identification number that has Intermedia Exchange Email users.

“MRR” shall mean monthly recurring net charges billed by Intermedia for Intermedia services, including churn, but excluding usage charges, non-recurring charges, equipment and equipment-related charges, shipping and handling fees, taxes, duties, e-911 fees, regulatory fees, USF, set-up fees and recovery fees, early termination fees and buyout fees.  Customer chargebacks (as set forth in the written agreement between Intermedia and Partner), bad debt, write-offs or service credits incurred by Intermedia will be offset against MRR.

The only Unite/Elevate users that will be included when calculating sales eligible for this incentive are those Unite/Elevate users that remain active and in good standing (i.e., fully paid and in compliance with all applicable Intermedia policies) for at least two (2) full calendar months after the Intermedia billing date.  Example, if the Intermedia invoice date starts Jan 1 the incentive will be eligible for payout starting March 1. (i.e., an incentive will not be payable under this incentive for services that are canceled or terminated before the full 2 months have passed).  Prior to payment, Intermedia reserves the right to request documentation from the partner to verify compliance with the requirements of this incentive.

Results will be calculated and awarded in the form of points on the partner sales reps All Access Rewards dashboard. Partner sales reps will be able to redeem their points for Mastercard or merchant gift cards within the All Access Reward platform.  Partner sales reps must have a current W9 on file (i.e., submitted within the past twelve (12) months) prior to redeeming points.

To be eligible to participate in this incentive, partner must be in good standing with Intermedia and must not be in violation of any relevant agreements or policies or be past due on any obligations. Intermedia reserves the right to discontinue or change the terms of this incentive at any time. Intermedia further reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these terms and conditions.
