The program is managed directly from Intermedia’s London office, ensuring partners receive regional support and service. In 2010, sales through Intermedia’s partner programs have grown almost 50% percent from the previous year.
Unlike partner programs where the partner services the customer but does not “own” the relationship, Intermedia’s program enables partners to sell hosted Exchange 2010 and other Intermedia services under their own brand. Private label partners enjoy full ownership of the customer, from selling the solution and setting prices, through to managing billing and delivering front-line support.
