30-Day Trial
Intermedia's 30-Day Trial applies to our Exchange hosting service for new accounts on all platforms. All plans qualify for the 30-Day Trial except our Dedicated Exchange hosting solutions. Please note that initial setup fees and migration fees are non-refundable. Due to licensing restrictions, we are not able to offer refunds on Blackberry, Good Mobile Messaging or ActiveSync fees, or for Exchange add-on features, including additional disk space, archiving, Fax via Email, Office Communications Server and SharePoint.
If you wish to exercise the out clause of the 30-Day Trial option and receive a refund of your Exchange hosting service fees, please follow the termination procedure located within the Account section of the Control Panel and contact the Customer Service/Billing department within the first 30 days of the new account creation.
30-DAY HOSTED PBX TRIAL
Intermedia's Hosted PBX 30-Day Trial applies to the first 30 days following the setup of the first Hosted PBX user on your account. If you wish to exercise the out clause of the 30-Day Trial option and receive a refund of your Hosted PBX service fees, please follow the termination of services procedure located within the Hosted PBX section of the Control Panel and contact the Customer Service/Billing department within this 30-day period. The refund applies to amounts actually paid by you for any Hosted PBX-related charges from Intermedia, as well as any fees charged by Intermedia Voice Services, Inc. (for whom Intermedia acts as billing agent), excluding any fees for international usage.
30-DAY HOSTED POLICY BASED ENCRYPTED EMAIL TRIAL
Intermedia's Hosted Policy Based Encrypted Email 30-Day Trial applies to the first 30 days following the addition of Hosted Policy Based Encrypted Email to your account. If you wish to exercise the out clause of the 30-Day Trial option and receive a refund of your Hosted Policy Based Encrypted Email service fees, please follow the termination of services procedure located within the Encrypted Email section of the Control Panel and contact the Customer Service/Billing department within this 30-day period. The refund applies to amounts actually paid by you for any Hosted Policy Based Encrypted Email charges from Intermedia during this 30 day period.
Acceptable Use Policy
Describes the proper and prohibited use of Intermedia's Shared Hosting services. By signing up and using Intermedia services, all customers agree to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. The spirit of this policy is to ensure that our customers are using services with due regard to the rights of other Internet users and in conformity with the requirements of our network environment.
