About the Role:

We’re looking for Strategic Channel Marketing Program Manager to join our dynamic, high performing team with a focus on growing our business by co-marketing with NEC. As a channel first company, our co-marketing efforts are critical to driving this business and equipping our partners to grow. You would use your strong strategic thinking ability, creative problem-solving skills, channel marketing knowledge, and detailed program management capabilities to lead the development of field marketing and product marketing assets and collaborate with NEC for proper placement in NEC’s global marketing programs.  We want someone who is smart, motivated, and with the entrepreneurial spirit to roll up sleeves to get things done.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with two of the industry leaders (Intermedia and NEC) in respective fields to bring high-quality marketing programs to life. And because we’re an integrated marketing team, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the marketing organization as well as the stakeholders we engage with daily. This is a critical role for the company, and you’ll quickly find yourself immersed in the most exciting projects.  You’ll get exposure to key leaders and senior executives as well as counterparts within NEC. If you’re a creative self-starter with marketing program management chops looking to contribute, take responsibility, and be recognized, this is the role for you.

What you will be doing:

  • Become primary marketing program liaison with NEC (field marketing, product marketing, corporate communications, and marcom)
  • Work with NEC marketers to determine business needs – prioritize creation of assets and programs via Intermedia’s shared services teams to meet business requirements
  • Lead regular marketing meetings across Intermedia and NEC stakeholders, maintain program plan and drive deliverables across team.
  • Work with NEC to launch in new countries across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC as the Unified Communications footprint expands.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for feedback on key assets and programs
  • Track Intermedia product roadmap and work with product marketing team to ensure all assets are transferred to NEC for rebranding, localization and execution.
  • Track Intermedia field marketing plan and work with the creative team to ensure all field program elements are transferred to NEC for rebranding, localization and execution.
  • Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to help drive continued growth via NEC and it’s partners
  • Ensure that GTM programs have clear and measurable success metrics, partnering with Marketing Operations teams to ensure the measurement plan and infrastructure is in place, and championing a “test and learn” optimization approach
  • Work with NEC to track and analyze NEC marketing program performance to understand ROI against goals

What you will bring to the role:

  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Detail-oriented program management and extremely organized (we want someone who will OWN a program that brings many people together with rapid development and delivery of marketing assets)
  • Experience working with sales reps and sales leadership team
  • channel partner co-marketing marketing experience
  • Experience working with a multi-national channel-oriented tech company
  • Knowledge of cloud services, hosted services, or software as a service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with innate story telling ability
  • Strong planner with a strategic mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with cloud IT, specifically in the Unified Communications space
  • Client-facing consulting experience
  • Digital marketing expertise
